Zach Brown brings his expertise and experience in Land Acquisition, Entitlements, and Development to Magi Real Estate and Brass Real Estate Funds. Zach has many years of experience working with land owners, municipalities, and development industry professionals in managing the process of bringing new developments to market.

 

 

Since graduating with his Master’s in Real Estate Development from Texas A&M University, Zach has worked with large public companies as well as private investors and developers in managing all aspects of the development process from initial site selection and underwriting to funding, entitlement, development and close out.
