Formed in 1991 by its owner Rick Rodriguez, Magi Realty, Inc. has consistently proven itself as a premier commercial real estate operator for office, multifamily, light industrial projects as well as single family developments. Success is measured by results, and Magi has a history of capitalizing on opportunities to increase value during each segment of the real estate cycle. Having owned various products types, we have an intimate understanding of the challenges faced by commercial real estate owners. We utilize our collective insight and talents to construct a project specific plan designed to meet the owner’s objectives.

 

Magi’s largest client, Brass Real Estate Funds, has enjoyed phenomenal growth as a direct result of its affiliation with Magi. Magi’s lender relationships coupled with its acquisition services, has positioned Brass to transact $200,000,000.00 worth of real estate since its start in 2000.

 

At its inception, Magi was built as a multifamily operator, and was staffed by 3 people. Today, Magi operates 1.5 million square feet and employs a total of 60 talented individuals which represent its real estate and construction service companies. Combining business practical policies and procedures with industry leading systems allows Magi to offer more for less.

 

Magi’s strength lies within its people. A multitude of personalities and experiences combine to form an organization that thrives by executing a sound business model. As a result, Magi earned its designation as an Accredited Management Organization (“AMO”) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (“IREM”). AMO firms are those that have exhibited the highest level of performance, experience and financial stability and that have a Certified Property Manager (“CPM”) in an executive position. To date, AMO firms total only 526 worldwide.
