Steve Garrison is a Colorado native and graduate of Colorado State University with a BS in Finance and Real Estate in 1992.  Upon graduation Steve joined a local commercial and residential mortgage banking company, First Colorado Mortgage Corporation for the next 12 years.  Steve rose to the position of Sales Manager and assistant to the President participating in the acquisition and roll up of 5 companies into the business.  

 

Steve specialized in commercial and construction financing and sales management while at the company.  In 1999 Steve founded Premises Personal Warehouse Company, LLC in Denver.  Premises pioneered the development and sale of warehouse condominiums to private owners and small business which became a nation wide development opportunity.  During this time he successfully developed, built and sold over $86M in industrial warehouse condominium units, surviving the economic downturns of 2001, 2004 and 2008. During the Global Economic Crisis Steve focused upon Commercial Real Estate sales and services, assisting owners with distressed assets in the commercial markets. 

 

With a passion for numbers, analysis and creativity Steve has now joined Magi Real Estate Services and Brass Funds as the Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Development for Colorado.  Steve’s objectives are to aggressively grow the Colorado market place by seeking opportunistic and value added opportunities across the commercial real estate market.
