Kelly Bishop has been the controller for Magi and Brass Real Estate Funds since 1991. She graduated from Texas A&M in 1984 with a degree in Business Administration-Accounting. Kelly has over 20 years of experience in all aspects of accounting and has always specialized in real estate operations and development.

 

Kelly is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, payroll and tax reporting, and bank reconciliation. Her responsibilities also include mortgage payments; lender communications and draw requests; investor accounts and distributions; all accounting for Magi Realty, Brass IV, and the general partners; overseeing the accounting for the partnerships; managing payroll benefits; and all bank reconciliations.
